The fee includes:
Access to all conference sessions (plenary, concurrent, workshops, PhD session, round table, meetings, special interest groups), conference participation certificate, conference bag and book of abstracts, program overview, detailed program, networking opportunity during the welcome reception on the evening of December 14th, special interest groups discussion during the Social Event on evening of December 15th, Scientific Rendezvouz during coffee breaks throughout the conference and discussion sessions.

CURRENCY:Registration fees are due in EURO. For currency conversion, please use the following currency converters: The Universal Currency Converter at XE.com, Yahoo Currency Converter.
THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT COVER TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION: Arrangements for travel and accommodation are the exclusive responsibility of CBTS participants: All participants have to arrange and fund their own travel to and from the conference site. Accommodation costs are not included.
METHOD OF PAYMENT AND DUE DATES: To guarantee participation, payment must be made in full via credit card only. No discounts are offered. No registration onsite is allowed.
REFUND POLICY: NO Refunds will be given, however substitutes are welcome. Notification of change of participant must be made to elisamaria.ferrari@unibz.it not later then November 28th.
