CBTS Winter School & Summit 2018 (5 days) REGISTRATION (until November 19th):
PhD and Master Students: 150,00 euro (student ID will be asked at the time of registration)
Participant : 250,00 euro
CBTS SUMMIT 2018 (3 days) REGISTRATION (until November 19th):
Participant: 150,00 euro
Winter School – Important information:
Statement of interest: Please outline your research interest in 150 words, include a brief biography (max 50 words) and the details of your study program (name of university and description of the program), send your statement via email to Serena.Volo@unibz.it with the following subject: “Statement of interest – First CBTS Winter School & Summit”
WINTER SCHOOL FEE INCLUDES:
Access to all WINTER SCHOOL and SUMMIT sessions, participation certificate, winter school material and bag, summit welcome reception, South Tyrolean dinner, coffee breaks throughout the winter school. The registration fee does not cover travel and accommodation expenses. All arrangements and funding for travel and accommodation are the sole responsibility of participants. It is recommended to proceed with early hotel reservations, for further information see the page Venue and Travel.
Summit – Important information:
Paper presentations during the CBTS Summit 2018 are restricted to a maximum of 20 accepted abstracts. Please send structured abstract to OMaurer@unibz.it by the 12th of November 2018.

CURRENCY:
All registration fees are due in EURO.
REFUND POLICY:
No refunds for change and/or cancellation of registrations can be given. However, substitute delegates for already registered participants are welcome and any notification of change of participant must be sent to a WinterSchoolCBTS@unibz.it no later than November 28th, 2018 by 6:00 pm
